The Artist Page: A Creative Flow & Expression — A 6 Week Journey Creativity doesn’t come from trying harder — it comes from listening, softening, and allowing your voice to return. Join Isabel Zhang for The Artist Page, a six week guided creative practice designed to move beyond overthinking and into authentic expression. Each session includes grounding, gentle prompts for writing, drawing, or a blend of both, and optional sharing in a supportive, non evaluative space. Mindfulness & Art: Brain Rewired is a 6-week experiential series designed to cultivate presence, emotional regulation, and creative resilience. Led by instructor Isabel Zhang at Arts Wayland, this unique program invites participants to explore mindfulness through guided meditation, reflective prompts, and neurographic art—an intuitive, calming art practice that gently engages the brain and nervous system. No prior art experience is needed. Each session offers a supportive space to stay present with discomfort, build flexibility and self-trust, and move forward with greater intention—both on the page and in daily life.
